Lampeter Wales

New homes in an idyllic location

Bryn Steffan lies on the northern edge of the thriving market town of Lampeter set in the beautiful Teifi Valley in Ceredigion, on the borders of Cardiganshire and Carmarthenshire West Wales.

The site occupies a sunny, south facing location and is within walking distance of all the town’s amenities being convenient for both shopping and local businesses.

Lampeter boasts many attractions, including the annual Food Festival where local produce, arts, crafts and entertainment can be enjoyed, the carnival and the agricultural show as well as the Rhys Thomas James Eisteddfod, which attracts competitors from all over Wales.

It is also home to the University of Wales Lampeter, the oldest university in Wales and the smallest in the UK.
